The outdoor wedding
A field, a grove, a bluff, a farm. Forty to a hundred and twenty people, a tent contingency, and a plan for the exact moment the sun drops behind the tree line.
Planning + photography from$9,400
How this works
Tess is the planner and the photographer. She builds the plan, scouts the locations, finds and vets the vendors, and runs the day. You book those vendors directly, sign with them directly and pay them directly — so your money and your agreements stay in your hands.
It is a different arrangement than a full-service agency, and it is deliberate. You get someone who has already photographed hundreds of these days telling you where the timeline will break, instead of a coordinator meeting your venue for the first time on the morning of.
Shapes this takes
A field, a grove, a bluff, a farm. Forty to a hundred and twenty people, a tent contingency, and a plan for the exact moment the sun drops behind the tree line.
Planning + photography from$9,400
Three days somewhere everyone has to travel to. Welcome dinner, ceremony, and a farewell breakfast where nobody has anywhere to be.
Planning + photography from$12,600
You already have the venue. You want the day to feel like you rather than like the brochure, and you want photography that goes further than the reception.
Planning + photography from$8,200
Starting figures cover Tess’s planning and photography. Vendors, venue, catering, florals and rentals are booked and paid by you. Full pricing.
Also worth knowing
Plenty of couples arrive here and leave with something different. All three of these are real options, and none of them is a downgrade.
First step
She takes a small number of full weddings each year, so the first thing to check is whether your date is open.
